Mediability Corporate Communications
Since 1999 Mediability has provided innovative marketing solutions to local, regional, provincial, national, and most recently, international clients. We're known for our creative problem-solving approach to all things marketing. We play well with others. And like any good team, our players are versatile, flexible, and dedicated not just to their own positions but to the overall winning attitude. Our code of conduct dictates that we embrace the fundamentals of good corporate citizenry: confidentiality, ethics, best practices, truth in advertising, and respect of intellectual property.
As part of our professional engagement over the last decade, we have successfully undertaken a full scope of marketing projects for our clients including research, analysis, reporting, brand assessment, name generation, brand mark design and redesign, collateral design and development, campaign design, planning and execution, brand standards, web development, social media, digital media, copy writing, copy editing, marketing and communication audits, as well as product launches.
Louise Wallace Richmond, CEO
Research, analysis, writing, project management, client relations, and innovation advocacy
Armed with a degree in Social Sciences, honours Economics, from the University of Ottawa, Louise honed her research, analysis and writing skills on Parliament Hill as a legislative assistant in the Office of the Chief Opposition Whip. After a year of what she's come to refer to as research boot camp, Louise moved to Vancouver to begin a career in publishing first with Continuing Legal Education then with Western Living Magazine where she learned all facets of publishing, advertising, media, and production. In 1999 Louise completed her graduate work at Simon Fraser University with a Masters in Publishing, the only training of its kind in North America. Weeks after graduation, Louise moved to Salmon Arm to begin anew, founding Mediability Corporate Communications.

A gifted fine artist, Otto's training and artistic sensitivity is crucial to the calm, collected, and creative voice of all our projects.
Violet Pilkey, Super-Human Organizer and Administrator
Research, editing, production, and administration
Violet is a recent Okanagan College School of Business grad who came to Mediability Corporate Communications on an internship from the Administrative Assistant Certificate program. It wasn't long before her top-of-the-class aptitude (which won her the President's Award and a Vocational, Health and Foundational Programs Graduate Scholarship) and her part-of-the-team attitude were too much to resist. We hired her the day her internship ended. Her graduating GPA was 98.20 but we think she is a 100-percent complement to our firm.
